PROTECT

Assessing the operation of the system.  

Protecting equipment, utensils, and restaurant supplies

Removing Filters 

Wrapping the hood

Pre-scraping heavy deposits

Pre-soaking with correct chemicals

 

 

 

 

POWER WASH

Cleaning from the roof top to cook top

Base of fan, fan bowl, ductwork, the hood in the kitchen

Rinse and repeat, depending on grease buildup

 

Secure fan and grease containment on the roof

Re-install access panels in the ductwork if present

Squeegee excess water out of hood

Polish the inside of Hood

Reinstall Filters

Remove trash, waste water, and all cleaning supplies

THE WRAP UP

We will finish by filling out the After Service Report, placing new stickers in the appropriate area, and mopping up the floor on the way out.
